Abstract Submission

Abstract submission is now open.

The abstracts should be prepared in English using the template.

Download the abstract template and substitute your text into it, leaving all formatting, as it is. Further detail instructions are provided in the template file.
Please check your abstract carefully. It will be inserted into the book “as it is” with the minimal technical editing only, so you are responsible for its appearance and content.
Every fortnight, the submitted abstracts will be examined and poster details will be shared.

Start Date: 1^st November 2025

End Date: 31^st January 2026

The outstanding posters will be rewarded with a variety of awards.
